When can I log in?
As soon as it is ready. Setup starts the moment your payment confirms, and every server is checked before handover. Its access details then appear on your service page and we email you — ready to work, not ready to configure. For your security the password is never sent by email.
What can I run on it?
AlmaLinux, Debian, Ubuntu and Rocky Linux install from the console in minutes. Windows Server is available under trial licensing. Anything else — upload your own image and install it yourself.
Which virtualization should I choose?
KVM gives you a genuine virtual machine with its own kernel, so Docker, WireGuard and custom kernels all work. OpenVZ containers share the host kernel — more memory for the money, but those three will not run. Take KVM unless price decides.
How does billing work?
Cryptocurrency, through Cryptomus. Choose monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or one to three years in advance — yearly terms save about 5%, two years 10%, three years 20%.
Do you manage the server for me?
No, and that is deliberate — it is why the pricing looks the way it does. You hold root and run the machine your way. We keep the hardware, the network and the building working. Everything above that is yours.
